Core Responsibilities

  • Generate leads & prospects via LinkedIn, Upwork, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, cold calling & email campaigns.
  • Pitch and sell IT solutions (Web, Mobile Apps, ERP/CRM, Software) and Digital Marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Branding, PPC).
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships across startups, SMEs, and enterprises.
  • Achieve sales & revenue targets with a structured sales process.
  • Conduct market research & share competitive insights.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations & handle client negotiations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, marketing).
  • Represent the company in events, webinars & networking forums.
  • Maintain CRM records & provide accurate sales forecasts.

Mandatory Skills

  • Proven business development/sales experience in IT & Digital Marketing.
  • Strong lead generation skills (social media, freelancing platforms, email, cold calling).
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media, PPC, Website/App Development, ERP/CRM solutions.
  • Ability to work with targets & KPIs.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools & reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
