This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and other HR process, develop essential skills, and learn about HR practices in a dynamic environment. You will assist with various aspects of Human Resource.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Job Postings: Support the creation and posting of job advertisements on internal and external job portals.
  • Resume Screening: Help review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Candidate Communication: Engage with candidates to provide updates on their application status and answer basic queries.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the administrative tasks related to the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Market Research: Research industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
  • HR Projects: Assist with other recruitment-related or HR initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.45 per month
