Business Development

  • Meeting existing Clients of NPPL & pitching Facade systems
  • Identifying new Clients, influencer Architects & Consultants for pitching Faade system. Giving presentation to them. Coordinating with PGPML team wherever necessary.
  • Generating leads for Faade work.
  • Preparation of Project specific BOQ & calculating actual quantities by taking Site measurements & reviewing corresponding Project drawings. Sharing the same with HO Contract department for preparation of quote.
  • Negotiating with the Clients & closing the WOs with the help of Head - Faade system.
  • Organize Kick Off meeting with both Internal & External Customers.
  • Following up with Clients for Payments after submission of Tax Invoice.

Project Planning & Control

  • Identification of Subcontractors to execute the work in accordance with specifications.
  • Upon receipt of WO from the Client, coordinating with HO for finalization of BOQ for both consumable & non-consumable material.
  • Coordinating with Client & finalizing Project schedule for the completion of work
  • Based on Schedule, planning the material and providing 3 months of Sales Forecast.
  • Coordinating with SCM team for the delivery of the material directly at Site.
  • Mobilization of manpower to carry out the work. Imparting necessary training to the manpower.
  • Organizing weekly review meetings with all stakeholders.
  • Recruitment of Safety Engineer & Supervisors by coordinating with HR for work execution.
  • Coordinating with PGPML team for organizing training to both Supervisory personnel and Technicians.
  • Coordinating with PGPML team for their intermittent site visits.

Project Execution

  • Mobilization of Manpower or identification of Subcontractor for work execution.
  • Establishment of Site Office & Store and coordination for procurement of planned Qtty of material.
  • Coordinating with Clients project team for work planning.
  • Mobilization & deployment of manpower & getting the requisite output as per Quality standards & by following requisite Safety practices.
  • Preparation of monthly RA Bill with necessary reconciliation of the material and getting it certified from Client.
  • Periodic review of the material requirement & placing indent for the same.
  • Preparation of monthly bill to the Client.
  • Certification of monthly bill of subcontractor.

He should have minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Civil Contractor Firm in Finishing works such as Plastering & Painting
