**Detailed Drafting**:

- Creating precise and detailed technical drawings, typically using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Drafting elevation views, section details, and plans that illustrate the dimensions, materials, and connections of various facade components.
- **Material Specifications**:

- Specifying the materials to be used in the facade construction, considering factors such as strength, durability, weather resistance, and aesthetic qualities.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and facade designers to ensure that material selections align with the overall design concept.
- **Building Codes and Standards**:

- Ensuring that the facade design complies with local building codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Staying informed about updates to building codes and incorporating changes into the drafting process.
- **Coordination with Other Disciplines**:

- Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction project.
- Integrating the facade details with other building systems, such as structural elements, windows, doors, and HVAC systems.
- **Shop Drawings**:

- Creating shop drawings that provide fabricators and contractors with detailed information on the manufacturing and installation of facade components.
- Including precise measurements, assembly instructions, and material specifications in shop drawings.
- **Quality Control**:

- Reviewing and checking drawings for accuracy and completeness.
- Conducting quality control checks during the fabrication and installation phases to ensure that the facade components meet the specified standards.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise during the construction process.
- Collaborating with the construction team to find practical solutions to challenges encountered in the field.
- **Cost Estimation**:

- Assisting in the estimation of costs related to the fabrication and installation of facade components.
- Providing input on the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of different design options.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintaining organized and up-to-date documentation of all facade-related drawings and specifications.
- Creating as-built drawings to record any changes made during the construction process.

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
