**Job Role : Facade Designer (3D Visualizer)**

**Department**: Design/Marketing
**Reports To**: Design Manager/Marketing Manager
**Location**: Peenya, Bangalore

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **3D Modeling & Rendering**:

- Develop detailed and accurate 3D models of **facade designs**, incorporating materials, textures, and lighting.
- Create photorealistic renders and walkthrough animations for project presentations and client approvals.
- Prepare primary concept drawings for initial design presentations.
- Produce detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and assembly details for execution.
- Draft 2D layouts, material take-offs, and technical documentation as required.
- Create facade walkthrough videos to illustrate design intent and project timelines.
- Develop compelling visual content for design reviews and client meetings.
- Work closely with the design, estimation, marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to refine visual outputs and technical documents.
- Perform accurate material take-offs for facade systems and components.
- Ensure all visuals and drawings reflect the correct specifications, finishes, and materials.
- Conceptualize and create unique visual solutions to effectively present design concepts.
- Explore new tools and techniques to enhance visualizations and presentations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Education**:Diploma or degree in Civil or Architecture, Autocad Design, or related fields.**

**Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a 3D Visualizer, specifically in the **facade industry.**

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as **3ds Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Revit,Photoshop, Unreal Engine, Enscape, 3dsmax, Rhinoceros**:

- Strong knowledge of 2D drafting and design tools like AutoCAD.

**Key** **Competencies**
- Excellent understanding of facade systems, materials, and architectural workflows.
- Excellent knowledge of understanding architectural drawings
- Strong visualization skills with attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Additional Requirements**:

- A portfolio showcasing shop drawings, fabrication drawings, 3D models, walkthrough videos, and high-quality renders.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
