Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and organized HR professional to help us build and manage a high-performing team. The role involves end-to-end HR operations — from hiring to onboarding, employee engagement, performance tracking, and helping us create a strong company culture.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales, customer support, marketing, and tech roles.


• Coordinate interviews and maintain hiring pipelines.


• Develop and implement HR policies, attendance, and payroll systems.


• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and training schedules.


• Plan team activities, appraisals, and engagement programs.


• Work closely with the founder to align hiring with growth plans.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.


• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations (SaaS/startup experience preferred).


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
