We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with proven e-commerce performance marketing expertise, strong leadership, and AI-driven digital skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead e-commerce performance marketing campaigns: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopping, Retargeting, Performance Max.
  • Drive measurable ROI and ROAS (not just leads) through innovative campaign strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of SEO executives, designers, and digital marketers.
  • Optimize sales funnels, landing pages, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) for e-commerce growth.
  • Collaborate with clients, ensure clear communication, reports, and data-backed insights.
  • Stay ahead with the latest in AI tools and automation, integrating them to deliver faster results, reduced timelines, and greater creativity.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • 4–7 years proven experience in Digital Marketing & E-commerce performance marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Max, Analytics, Retargeting, Attribution models.
  • Hands-on experience in driving revenue-focused campaigns (ROAS/sales), not just lead generation.
  • Proficiency in AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, MidJourney, Canva AI, automation workflows, etc.) to boost productivity, creativity, and efficiency.
  • Proven ability to lead and handle teams of SEO, design, and marketing professionals.
  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong client communication & project management skills.
