Job Overview:

We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee the full planning and execution of wedding and event projects, manage Zoho system workflows, issue purchase orders, formal contracts, and coordinate between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

You will work closely with the Director and Sales Team to ensure projects are executed efficiently and every client receives exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage wedding and event projects from start to completion using Zoho Projects and related applications.

  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and vendors to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders, quotations, and contracts in Zoho Books and Zoho CRM.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, checklists, and project progress reports.

  • Conduct client communication professionally through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

  • Track and report project KPIs, deadlines, and budgets to management.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure team accountability.

  • Lead internal planning meetings and handle escalations or issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience (events, F&B, hospitality, or system implementation preferred).

  • Strong working knowledge of Zoho One apps (Projects, Books, CRM, Inventory, Creator).

  • Excellent English communication; Tamil proficiency is an advantage.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing remote teams.

  • Comfortable working with international teams and clients (Singapore-based).

  • Must have a laptop, stable internet connection, and ability to work independently.
