Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead and manage multiple technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills, with a solid technical background and experience in Agile/SCRUM environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Maintain comprehensive risk and issue registers, with timely escalation and resolution of blockers.
  • Coordinate closely with onshore and offshore development teams, obtaining timely inputs for accurate project status updates.
  • Actively work within Agile/SCRUM methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
  • Manage and track progress using tools like MS Project.
  • Design and deliver project status reports for business and technical stakeholders, tailored to varied audiences.
  • Develop and present project governance materials and process documentation to leadership teams.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote process compliance and Agile best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Apply technical knowledge in areas such as .NET, Angular & SQL Server, to ensure technical alignment and feasibility.
  • Support continuous improvement through feedback loops and post-implementation reviews.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in managing technical projects within a structured project management framework.
  • Expertise in project tracking, reporting, and escalation mechanisms.
  • Proficient in MS Project.
  • Strong reporting flair, with the ability to design intuitive and insightful dashboards and reports.
  • Hands-on exposure to SCRUM/Agile delivery models.
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and cross-country teams.
  • Familiarity with .Net, SQL Server & Angular

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) preferred.
  • MBA or equivalent management qualification is an added advantage.
