Job Title Project Manager Business PM Experience 10 Years Location Chennai Timings Full Time 3 00 PM - 12 00 AM IST Notice Period Immediate Joiner Preferred Role Summary We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager Business PM to work closely with the Program Manager Director in driving enterprise-level projects end-to-end This is an individual contributor role that requires strong business project management experience stakeholder collaboration analytical thinking and the ability to independently lead initiatives from problem statement to execution The PM will work directly with senior leadership to identify business opportunities analyze data recommend solutions prepare executive-level presentations drive cost-saving initiatives and support implementation across cross-functional teams Shift Requirement Willing to work in night shift 3 00 PM to 12 00 AM IST Key Responsibilities Align business vision and organizational objectives with projects initiated across departments Manage and oversee project program governance frameworks Prepare and present project progress risks issues and budgets to Steering Committees and senior stakeholders Ensure seamless communication flow between leadership and project teams Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate project activities across multiple stakeholders Conduct data analysis interpret insights and support solution design for enterprise-level initiatives Prepare business cases presentations and documentation for leadership reviews and approvals Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiencies and eliminate redundancies Drive end-to-end execution of problem statements including planning analysis solutioning and implementation Collaborate with clients and internal teams for obtaining approvals and executing transformative projects Promote best practices and continuous improvement across project management processes Must-Have Qualifications Skills Minimum 4 years of core consulting and end-to-end project management experience PMP certification or equivalent project management training Strong domain knowledge in Healthcare Management Insurance or related operational areas Experience in consulting business development or project-based client engagements Background as a Healthcare Business Analyst is preferred Ability to work independently in a fast-paced growth-driven environment Strong leadership and project planning skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving conflict resolution and stakeholder management capabilities Experience handling client relationships and driving cross-functional collaboration Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word Ability to analyze visualize and interpret data to derive actionable insights Capable of converting raw data into meaningful business information for decision-making
