This experience is a mandatory requirement, as the role involves leading complex technical projects with high operational impact. In this position, you will drive project strategy, ensure technical alignment with business objectives, and deliver secure and efficient IT solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, manage vendors, and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Your hands-on experience in areas such as infrastructure rollouts, network upgrades, data centre management, cloud migrations, and IT security will be key to identifying risks early and keeping projects on track. Key Responsibilities: Lead planning and execution of IT infrastructure and networking projects, including server deployments, network redesigns, cloud and on-prem upgrades, security implementations, and data centre transitions. Define project scope, technical requirements, and objectives in collaboration with engineering teams and clients. Coordinate internal technical teams and external vendors for seamless project delivery. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Manage scope, risks, budgets, and schedules using structured project methodologies. Track project performance through KPIs, dashboards, and regular reporting. Maintain clear documentation and ensure consistent communication with all stakeholders. Serve as the central point of contact for all project-related matters. Requirements Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or related field, PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Experience in managing IT infrastructure and networking projects is preferred. Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar role with a strong understanding of project management methodologies. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in managing teams and building relationships. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse groups and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
