Senior Interior Designer

Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a creative Senior Interior Designer, located in Bengaluru. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading design projects, space planning, conceptualizing and executing interior designs, preparing construction drawings, and ensuring alignment with client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, collaborating with architects and contractors, selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), and overseeing design implementation to ensure high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements, budgets, and brand guidelines
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare design briefs
  • Develop concepts, space planning, and furniture layouts
  • Create drawings: floor plans, partitions, RCP, lighting, electrical, and joinery
  • Coordinate with 3D visualizers and review renderings
  • Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures
  • Support BOQ preparation, vendors, and site execution
  • Present designs, manage revisions, and maintain documentation

Skills & Software

  • AutoCAD (advanced)
  • SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit (preferred)
  • Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray
  • Adobe Suite (PS, AI, InDesign)
  • MS PowerPoint & Excel

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 2–6 years' experience in commercial or office interiors
  • Strong portfolio of workspace projects
