We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Principal Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about solving real world problems in the healthcare domain using cutting edge capabilities and emerging technologies.

As a Principal Full Stack Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for integrating AI solutions with integration design and collaborating with other senior leaders, stakeholders, and customers to ensure alignment, integration of AI/ML capabilities with mentoring and leading the Engineering and Integration of AI solutions. The Ideal Candidate will follow advancements in the state-of-the-art methods that are relevant to the particular use case and provide recommendations for scalable solutions with multi cloud adoptions. The engineering tech-stack includes Azure & GCP cloud and it is therefore essential that for our engineers to be successful, they should have had experience working on cloud-based services.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead the Design and build/develop features for AI/ML lifecycle including data processing, AI Inference end-to-end MLOps for both non-generative and generative use casesWriting clean, scalable, and efficient code in PythonServe as a technical lead in developing backend services, APIs, and frontend components supporting AI/ML workflowsUtilize deep knowledge of AI/ML systems and drive cloud architecture decisions and manage cloud-based environments for scalable ML applications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar)Oversee containerization of applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes clusters ensuring high availabilityEstablish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment, automated testing, and monitoring of ML models and servicesCollaborate closely with Data science/ML, DevOps, and Product teams to translate complex requirements into feasible technical solution that are scalable leveraging robust process architecture for AI/ML use-casesMentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and problem-solvingProactively identify and troubleshoot system bottlenecks, ensuring optimal performance and reliabilityDrive adoption of new technologies and improvements in ML pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment strategiesEnsure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements related to AI/ML applicationsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to align technical solutions with business goalsComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree  in computer science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field10+ years industry experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or AI/ML Engineer, with 5+ years in senior engineering roles with increasing scope10+ years of experience with demonstrable proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java7+ years industry experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or AI/ML Engineer, with at least with at least 5+ years in senior engineering roles with increasing scopeExperience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code4+ years of experience in high-level architecture design and solution development for large-scale AI/ML systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience and knowledge of Large Language Models, RAG, TransformersKnowledge of both traditional machine learning algorithms, advanced statistical, ML techniques and modern deep learning and generative AI models and methodsKnowledge of high-performance AI computing platforms, Linux, and shell scripting in AI computing environments, Azure ML StudioComprehensive knowledge of modern data science  and product/web analytics tools and techniques including python and associated data science ecosystem, machine learning, Azure Machine Learning etc.
