Position :- Digital Marketing (SEO/SEM) - Mumbai ( Andheri )

Position Overview:-

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing (SEO/SEM) to lead our search marketing initiatives. The role requires a strong mix of analytical thinking, technical expertise, and leadership to drive organic growth (SEO) and paid campaigns (SEM/PPC) that deliver measurable ROI.

You will be responsible for managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional departments to build and execute data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO & SEM strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of SEO/SEM executives and ensure consistent delivery of performance goals.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation.
  • Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements to maximize organic visibility.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads / Bing Ads / Display / Shopping campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and prepare actionable insights through regular reporting (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio).
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and web development teams to ensure SEO/SEM best practices are integrated into all digital activities.
  • Optimize landing pages and ad copy for better conversion rates (CRO).
  • Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates, industry tools, and emerging digital marketing trends.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficient campaign execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in SEO & SEM management (agency or in-house).
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-budget PPC campaigns with strong ROI.
  • Expertise with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog) and ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads – preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (UA & GA4), Tag Manager, and Search Console.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies (WordPress, Shopify, HTML, CSS – preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):-

  • Experience with international SEO & multilingual campaigns.
  • Exposure to content marketing & social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with automation tools & CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
