Reporting to: GM – corporate Communication/Marketing

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create and implement of new business development plans for our domain in healthcare sector.
  • Sales and target achievement through new account and manage existing client accounts.
  • Take the lead initiative in developing a first class rapport with identified key customers/customer group.
  • Gain business at targeted new accounts within pricing/margin guidelines.
  • Develop business relationship with key decision makers to further our business interests.
  • Assist in the creation and management of tender presentations and documentation, involving key stakeholders as required.
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Manage the onsite camps and OHC.

Sales Reporting

  • Plan daily, weekly and annual objectives and activities to maximize customer contact and effectiveness.

Internal Stakeholder Management

  • Manage effective internal stakeholder relationships and ability to deliver the Healthcare strategy through matrix reporting structure.

Knowledge/Experience/Person Profile

  • Demonstrated Healthcare Account & Sales Management experience.
  • Demonstrated proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships
  • Computer literacy in Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
  • Able to demonstrate high level of decision making skills
  • Able to demonstrate self-management skills
  • High level of communication and presentation skills
  • Organized and systemic thinking skills

Skills & Abilities

· Have strong managerial ability to lead a team to success

· Have strong ability to make good decisions

· Preference from healthcare background

Qualification & Desirables

Graduate in any stream/ MBA (Marketing / Business development/Other)
