Job Title: Export Coordinator

Sales Location: Mumbai, Nariman point

Working Days- Monday to Saturday

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Export Documention Coordinator to manage end-to-end sales documentation, dispatch processes, and client coordination. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operational flow between the sales team, factory, and clients, with a strong focus on documentation accuracy, timely dispatch, and follow-up. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to handle responsibilities independently while reporting directly to the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

● Prepare Consent Letters and share with relevant parties via email

● Draft and send Proforma Invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner

● Maintain regular communication and follow-up with sales parties to ensure order clarity and completion ● Coordinate with the factory team to manage dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery

● Monitor and follow up on payment collections from clients

● Ensure timely collection of C Forms from sales parties and maintain compliance

● Handle business correspondence and letter drafting professionally

● Prepare and manage Export Invoice documentation and related records

● Maintain and reconcile sales data with consent documentation for reporting accuracy

Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field ● Minimum of 8 years' experience in sales operations, dispatch, or export documentation ● Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) ● Strong command of spoken and written English ● Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills ● Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently ● Well Groomed
