Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Tech Support Engineer located in Gurugram. The Tech Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting, assisting clients with resolving technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving system and application issues, ensuring timely responses to support inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance user experience and system reliability.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve system or application issues
  • Customer Support and Customer Service expertise to provide a positive and solution-oriented client experience
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical challenges effectively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with clients and internal teams
  • Knowledge of IT systems, applications, and basic networking concepts
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
