Assistant Manager- Corporate Finance

Business Context
As part of strengthening the Corporate Finance function of our company (Revenue ~1,000 Cr), we are planning to onboard a qualified Chartered Accountant. The role is intended to support our growing compliance, taxation, and reporting requirements while ensuring smooth integration with our SAP-driven processes.
Position Details
- Role: Chartered Accountant Corporate Finance
- Experience: 23 years post-qualification (preferably trained with / employed at a Big4 or equivalent consulting firm)
- Location: Mumbai HO
- Reporting To: Head Senior Manager - Corporate Finance
Key Requirements
Mandatory:
Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP (FI/CO module exposure preferred)
Proven exposure to Income Tax compliance, assessments, and filings
Preferred / Added Advantage:
Experience in Banking operations including preparation and submission of periodical compliance reports such as DP statements, FRR, stock statements, etc.
Augment the Corporate Finance team with a resource capable of handling end-to-end tax compliance and SAP-based reporting.
- Ensure bandwidth for supporting banking-related compliance and reporting.
- Build long-term internal expertise with candidates who have strong foundational training (preferably Big4 background).
