Job Title: Associate Director – Statutory Audit
Experience: Minimum 10 years post qualification (CA)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented professional for the role of Associate Director – Statutory Audit. The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant with strong exposure in statutory audits under Ind AS, specifically in the manufacturing sector. The candidate should be currently associated with a reputed CA firm and possess proven expertise in handling large-scale audits, managing client relationships, and leading audit teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage statutory audits in compliance with Ind AS and applicable regulatory frameworks.

  • Drive end-to-end audit engagements for large manufacturing companies.

  • Review and ensure high-quality deliverables, maintaining timelines and client satisfaction.

  • Manage and mentor audit teams, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and professional growth.

  • Build and strengthen client relationships by providing proactive and value-added insights.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate with partners and senior stakeholders for audit planning and execution.

Key Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant with minimum 10 years post qualification experience.

  • Must be currently working in a CA firm.

  • Strong hands-on experience in Ind AS audits.

  • Proven track record in handling statutory audits for manufacturing companies.

  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
