Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive at Bajaj Finserv, located in Mumbai. The Executive will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with different departments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to strategic planning. Duties also include handling client relationships, preparing reports, and analyzing financial data to support business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing daily operations, client relationships, and regulatory compliance.
  • Skills in financial data analysis, report preparation, and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in using business software and tools for analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
