Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Manager at our Defence Colony location. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending appropriate banking solutions. The role involves planning and executing strategies to meet sales targets, providing excellent customer support, and contributing to the bank's growth by identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Relationship Management, Client Engagement, and Customer Acquisition.
  • Skills in Financial Analysis, Banking Products, and Sales Strategies.
  • Proven ability in Communication, Problem-Solving, and Interpersonal Interactions.
  • Knowledge of market trends, industry practices, and regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and technology platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks effectively.
  • Prior experience in financial services, banking, or a related field is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
