Position: Telesales Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced
Telesales Branch Manager
to lead, motivate, and drive our high-performing telesales team. The role involves setting and achieving weekly and monthly sales targets, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring seamless team operations. You will oversee 100–130 telesales agents and team leaders, ensuring productivity, training effectiveness, and consistent sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and coach telesales staff to achieve business goals


• Recruit, train, and monitor performance of agents and team leaders


• Drive sales closures and manage escalated customer concerns


• Oversee operational and backend processes


• Prepare MIS reports and manage database utilization

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field


• 3+ years in telesales or branch management, preferably in Health Insurance


• Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills


• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
