Job requirements

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process and Review the transactions as per Team goals

  • Do Written and Verbal communication with Onshore/Offshore business partners regarding

  • Transaction related issues/ queries.

  • Preparation or Updating of any Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
  • Ensuring compliance of all internal and client policies
  • Respond to assigned audit requirements
  • Providing timely updates to Manager and Onshore counterparts
  • Active Participate in Projects and Quality initiatives – Process improvement ideas, LEAN, Six sigma etc.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-5 years of related work experience
  • Good knowledge on Pensions domain
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word)
  • Ability to work in a Team environment
  • Problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task and be a Self-starter
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills and proven track record to provide a high level of provide a high level of customer service
  • Ability to work within a team environment as a team player and a flexible approach to work
