  • 4–6 years of overall IT experience with at least 2+ years in Power Automate development .

  • UiPath exposure will be a plus.

  • Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop Flows).

  • Integrate Power Automate with various systems such as SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Dataverse, and ServiceNow.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document automation opportunities.

  • Build and maintain Power Apps for data input, approval workflows, and reporting dashboards.

  • Create and manage Power BI reports to visualize automation outcomes (if required).

  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing automation workflows for efficiency and reliability.

  • Implement governance, security, and best practices in Power Platform development.

  • Work closely with IT and ServiceNow teams to ensure seamless integrations and data flow.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve automation issues in production environments.

  • Prepare technical documentation, process maps, and user guides for automation solutions

  • Experience with ServiceNow automation or Power Automate integration with ServiceNow APIs.

  • Basic understanding of data governance, security roles, and environment setup in Power Platform.

  • Experience integrating with ServiceNow or other enterprise systems via API/HTTP connectors.

  • Microsoft Power Platform certification (PL-500).

  • Troubleshoot and enhance existing flows for performance and reliability.
  • Develop reusable components, connectors, and maintain documentation.
