Job Summary

The Production Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day production operations, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and achieving production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
  • Ensure production targets are met within timelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the procurement, quality, and maintenance teams for uninterrupted operations.
  • Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
  • Maintain production reports, daily logs, and records.
  • Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
  • Follow and enforce safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality compliance.
  • Handle shift scheduling and workforce management.
  • Assist in process optimization and cost-saving projects.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of machines and the production area.
  • Pan India travelling for client demonstration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and machinery.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
