About the Company:
The company is solving how Indians shop for Electronics with a first-of-its-kind hybrid retail model, blending Offline + Quick Commerce to deliver Free Live Home demos, compact experience centers, and 30-minute fulfilment in select areas.
What You'll Do:
Inside Sales is about converting interest into action. You'll speak to leads who booked or enquired about demos, explain product value, and guide them towards closing the sale. Every conversation is a chance to drive trust and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with customers who booked or showed interest in demos.
Explain product benefits, pricing, and offers clearly to drive conversions.
Maintain daily pipeline reports – leads contacted, demos booked, conversions.
Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs (e.g., bundles, accessories).
Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth demo scheduling.
Meet weekly and monthly conversion targets.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / call-center sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus).
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Freshworks, or similar).
- Target-driven, persuasive, and customer-first approach.
- Based in Bangalore.
