Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex guest complaints or issues.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures and protocols.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
