Operations Head

Location: Head Office, Indore

Experience: Minimum 5 years in operations leadership roles

Metro City Experience (Preferred): Candidates with prior working experience in a metro city environment will have added advantage.

• Build and implement a streamlined operational strategy to enhance productivity.


• Improve interdepartmental coordination, efficiency, and effectiveness.


• Strengthen team performance through clear KPIs and leadership mentoring.


• Identify opportunities for cost-saving, innovation, and business growth.


• Align operations with the company's vision and long-term goals.

Responsibilities


• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments (HR, Finance, Training, Service, Sales, Warehouse).


• Define and track performance metrics, ensuring operational goals are met.


• Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build high-performing teams.


• Design and enforce company-wide processes, SOPs, and compliance standards.


• Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource utilization efficiently.


• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute business strategies.


• Ensure timely resolution of conflicts, employee grievances, and inter-team issues.


• Promote a positive and productive work culture across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations leadership or a similar role.


• Strong knowledge in managing HR, finance, service, and supply chain functions.


• Exceptional leadership, delegation, and team-building skills.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.


• Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and reporting.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.


• Proven ability to work under pressure and lead in dynamic environments.
