Crew Rostering Vertical
. The role involves managing end-to-end rostering processes, optimizing systems, ensuring compliance, and driving data-based decision-making for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Crew Rostering Operations:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain efficient and compliant crew rostering processes.
  • Ensure crew rosters align with flight schedules, business goals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and manage crew management systems (e.g., AIMS, Jeppesen) for accuracy and rule compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Scheduling, Training, and Operations Control Centre (OCC).

System Implementation & Optimization

  • Lead implementation, upgrade, and optimization of rostering software systems.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and manage system rollouts.
  • Configure system modules to support automation, scheduling, and training integrations.
  • Provide user training and ongoing technical support.
  • Maintain detailed documentation including system configurations and user manuals.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct regular system testing and quality checks to ensure reliability and accuracy.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with optimization teams to enhance crew productivity and reduce inefficiencies.

Analytical Modeling & Data Evaluation

  • Utilize data insights to present findings to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • Build mathematical and simulation models to address crew rostering and planning challenges.
  • Define and validate data requirements, ensuring integrity and reliability.
  • Apply statistical methods and analytical tools to support workforce optimization and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business Management, or People Management.

  • Postgraduate degree or certifications in Analytics or Project Management preferred.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Workforce Management and Analytics.

  • At least 3 years in a leadership role focused on Crew Rostering or related project management.
  • Prior experience in the Aviation industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of aviation regulatory compliances preferred.
