Job Title : Healthcare Platform Service Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to support our operations and enhance user experiences. The Service Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative services for doctors and users on our healthcare platform. This role involves owning admin support, creating workflow documentation, handling doctor approvals, providing Tier 1 technical support, and performing other system administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will also manage the support line to ensure timely resolution of queries and issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Admin Services: Primarily responsible for providing administrative support to doctors and users, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolution of service-related needs.
  • Develop Flow Documents: Build and maintain documentation related to user and customer flows, including process diagrams, guides, and procedural manuals to optimize platform usability.
  • Doctor Approvals: Manage the approval process for doctors joining the platform, including verification of credentials, compliance checks, and onboarding procedures.
  • Tier 1 Technical Support: Offer first-level technical assistance to doctors, users, product teams, and system stakeholders, troubleshooting basic issues and escalating complex problems as needed.
  • System Administrative Works: Handle various administrative tasks such as user account management, data updates, system monitoring, and ensuring platform integrity.
  • Support Line Management: Man the support line to handle incoming queries from doctors and users, providing prompt and professional assistance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Computer Applications (BCA) or equivalent.
  • 1-2 year of relevant experience in administrative or support roles, preferably in a tech or healthcare environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of administrative processes and customer service principles.
  • Proficiency in creating documentation and flowcharts (e.g., using tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills for web-based platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with doctors and users.
  • Ability to handle sensitive health-related data with confidentiality and compliance (e.g., HIPAA awareness).
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and support lines effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare or telemedicine platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or support ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Knowledge of basic IT support and user onboarding processes.
