Role Overview
We are seeking a Client Relationship Associate to drive mutual fund sales, acquire new clients, manage existing relationships, and support portfolio reviews. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–5 years of experience in finance or mutual fund sales who are confident, result-oriented, and growth-driven.
Only candidates who are confident in selling mutual funds and able to travel daily to Mira Road for work should apply.
Key Responsibilities & Candidate Profile
- Acquire new clients and expand the customer base through proactive outreach.
- Drive mutual fund sales by identifying client investment needs and recommending SIPs and lump-sum investments, focusing on increasing purchases and minimizing redemptions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize retention, referrals, and repeat investments.
- Conduct portfolio reviews and provide performance insights and investment recommendations after discussion with senior management.
- Manage client communications via calls, WhatsApp, canvassing, and personal engagement.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales for accurate reporting.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, account updates, and transaction accuracy.
- Education: Graduate in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication, sales aptitude, and client engagement.
- Language: Fluent in English.
