**We have an urgent opening for Relationship Manager (Mutual Fund Advisor into Sales) Position for Vile Parle, Mumbai location**

Relevant Job Experience : 4+ Years

**Relationship Manager -**
- Any Graduate with minimum experience of 3-4+ years experience in distribution knowledge in sales of Mutual Fund.
- Experience In managing HNI or Ultra HNI clients in wealth outfit.
- Experience in building and maintaining long term relationships, deepening relationship and growing revenues for the organization.
- Aptitude towards delivering high quality customer service with good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Receives phone calls from mutual funds companies regarding investment balancing items that have rejected or pended.
- Manually places investment request, online and offline.
- Mailing the statements/Holding Reports to clients every month.
- Managed Clients Portfolio/data over the software Omni Financial Services.
- Experience Should be an investment expert and provide Mutual Funds investment options to customers based on their financial requirement.
- Provide personalised financial services and investment advice based on individual client needs so that they can make informed investment decisions.
- Responsible for acquiring & upselling to quality clients through networking database and market intelligence and be the one point of contact for these high net-worth clients. Conduct regular meetings and follow ups to understand client needs and preferences. Analyse client portfolios and financial situations to provide personalised investment advice.
- Recommend suitable mutual fund products based on clients’ financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Promote Sales of Mutual Funds - Should be able to acquire privilege clients and able to sales of MF or any other TPP as required.
- Maintain records of business on internal software CRM etc. Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, market dynamics and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies to maintain highest standards of ethical conduct. Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanour and ensure highest levels of service to the client / HNI customers.
- Regular follow-up with all potential leads across products for effective conversion. Provide back office support / guidance as and when required
