About The Company: The Group is a Pioneer of reinsurance broking business in India, with extensions to other services like Direct Broking, Asset Valuation, Non-Marine & Marine Survey, Risk Inspection, Protection Indemnity, Facilitating Actuarial Services (Non -Life & Life).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for procurement and placement of treaty reinsurance from countries allocated and overseeing email correspondence.
  • Managing client relationships, servicing contracts and documentation
  • Generating / scouting for new capacities for existing treaties and new opportunities.
  • Coordinating with the Dubai office for territories they service.
  • Generating leads for LHT, Agriculture, and other specialized lines of business.
  • Conducting market visits, including conferences with a view to procurement and placement of Business
  • Assisting Management with expansion plans.
  • Management reporting.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced reinsurance environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600, ₹650,000.00 per year
