**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake business development initiatives relating to new and renewal treaty opportunities in India.
- Develop relationships with new clients and reinsurers.
- Lead negotiations for treaty placements
- Coordinate analyses of client portfolios to determine appropriate reinsurance needs and advise clients on structures.
- Represent ACE at conferences and other events as appropriate.
- Maintain records of outstanding issues, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are being met.
- Assist in the training and development of junior team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate
- 2 -7 years’ (At least) experience in a similar role or as an underwriter/client manager with a reinsurer or handling reinsurance responsibilities at an insurance company.
- Entrepreneurial approach, taking the initiative to start and complete new tasks.
- Team player
- Motivated to constantly enhance knowledge and skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
