Description
  • Lead the structuring, placement, and renewal of all Proportional and Non-Proportional Treaty Reinsurance Programs.
  • Work closely with underwriting, claims, finance, and actuarial teams to align treaty strategy with risk appetite.
  • Manage relationships with reinsurers and brokers across domestic and international markets.
  • Ensure regulatory and internal compliance for all reinsurance placements.

Mentor and collaborate with our Data Analytics resource to drive data-backed treaty decision.

Qualifications

MBA, graduate with post-qualification course in insurance, AIII / FIII
