  • Ability to present complex solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and reporting.
  • Experience with Email security (Mimecast)

Responsibility:

  • Serve as the technical lead for Microsoft 365 and Azure Identity services.
  • implement, and manage Azure AD Conditional Access Policies in alignment with security and compliance requirements.
  • Administer and optimize Exchange Online including mailbox management, retention policies, transport rules, and hybrid configurations.
  • Migrations (e.g., Exchange On-Prem to Online & Exchange Online to GCP), coexistence, and cutover projects
  • manage secure and scalable identity solutions using Azure AD, including: MFA, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Identity Protection, B2B and B2C scenarios
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers; provide technical direction and upskilling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and support teams to align solutions with business needs.
  • Lead incident management and root cause analysis for complex issues.
  • Stay updated with Microsoft roadmap and proactively recommend enhancements.
  • Contribute to the roadmap for collaboration and cloud identity services.
