Job Title: International Travel Consultant

Location: Moti Nagar

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 20k to 35K

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Travel Agent to join our

team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating international

travel arrangements for clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. This role

requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of

global travel destinations, regulations, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist clients in planning and booking international travel including flights,

accommodations, transportation, tours, and travel insurance.

 Provide expert advice on visa requirements, travel restrictions, and necessary

documentation.

 Research and recommend travel destinations based on client preferences and

budgets.

 Arrange customized travel itineraries tailored to individual or group needs.

 Ensure compliance with international travel regulations and industry standards.

 Handle travel-related emergencies, cancellations, and rescheduling.

 Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel

service providers.

 Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and travel advisories.

 Process payments, invoices, and ensure accurate documentation for each booking.

 Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications &; Skills:

 Proven experience as an International Travel Agent or in a similar role.

 Strong knowledge of international travel destinations, airlines, and visa

requirements.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

 Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

 Customer service-oriented with a keen attention to detail.

 Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

 Certification from IATA, ASTA, or other relevant travel organizations is a plus.
