GlobalBees is building the next generation of consumer brands across beauty, lifestyle, home, wellness, and fashion. We are looking for a visionary leader to head New Product Development (NPD) across our portfolio. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of consumer insight, innovation, and execution, responsible for delivering breakthrough products that define categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • NPD Leadership & Strategy

  • Build and lead the overall NPD roadmap across beauty, lifestyle, and consumer categories.

  • Identify consumer trends, market gaps, and innovation opportunities.

  • Translate brand vision into differentiated products with strong market fit.

  • Product Ideation & Development

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product development from concept to launch.

  • Collaborate with category heads, R&D, sourcing, packaging, and design teams.

  • Ensure all products meet regulatory, quality, and compliance standards.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with supply chain, manufacturing, and marketing to ensure successful GTM.

  • Align new launches with business goals, pricing strategy, and margin expectations.

  • Work closely with creative/content teams for impactful product storytelling.

  • Innovation & Process Excellence

  • Set up best-in-class NPD processes, labs, and vendor networks.

  • Build a strong pipeline of suppliers, formulators, and design partners.

  • Implement consumer testing, feedback loops, and data-driven product validation.

  • Team Leadership

  • Build and mentor a team of NPD managers, R&D experts, and product developers.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, speed-to-market, and accountability.

Requirements

  • 6-11 years of experience in NPD / R&D / Product Innovation, preferably in beauty, personal care, FMCG, or lifestyle categories.
  • Strong exposure to end-to-end product launches from ideation to market.
  • Proven ability to blend creativity and commercial acumen.
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth consumer brand environment is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills..
