We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a
Customer Relationship Internship
. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in providing a positive experience, handling queries, resolving concerns, and helping to build long-term relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Connect with existing customers and solve their queries.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Taking product demos and explaining the product.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Update and maintain customer interaction records using CRM tools.
- Explaining the multiple pricing planning of product and helping them to select correct plan
- Closing the deals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and local languages.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office tools is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
