You will be responsible to provide leadership experience in dynamic environments, and work with cross-functional teams, including design teams, consultants and agencies. Your day to day activities will involve meeting with a diverse group of stakeholders to comprehend and translate their needs into experience design solutions, represented as wireframes, prototypes, and high-level visual designs.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Product, Operations, Marketing, Branding) to design smart, creative interactive ideas and manage all types of design and customer experience projects (e.g., Mobile apps, websites and micro sites)
• Design user experiences for new and existing products (mobile app and web)
• Design the product visual experience, including micro-interactions, as per the latest industry trends while considering user needs and technical feasibility.
• Work on various levels of interaction and user experience documentation
• Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders through all stages of design
• Develop hi-fidelity storyboards, wireframes, interactive prototypes and visual designs that effectively convey design intentions and interactions
• Manage multiple projects and contribute to product improvements

• Assess the designed solutions with users and stakeholders

• Develop and manage industry best practices in design while building and managing standards for UI design

• Build governance to manage UI standards for digital properties
• Assess and define both the creative and technical aspects of projects, develop project statements of work, timelines, budgets and identify the appropriate resources (internally and externally) to successfully deliver.
  Leverage strong communication skills to communicate strategy and vision as well as effective communication and driving of detailed project schedules to manage both internal and client expectations- - and ensure jobs deliver on time.

Role Requirements

• University Degree in relevant field of study
• 8-11 years of relevant work experience required
• Ability to develop and manage corporate design and online branding standards
• Expertise in designing the visual experience of mobile apps and web portals
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Customer focus
• A strategic thinker able to contribute at a senior level in addition to strong operational and delivery skills
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking: to conceive unconventional solutions in support of rapid growth
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced & constantly evolving corporate environment
• Open minded and change oriented with a willingness to take risks and lead change
• Experience creating wireframes, clickable prototypes, high-fidelity design mock-ups and documenting interactions for UI specifications
• Good understanding of current mobile and web design trends/patterns
• Able to manage your own project and direct Jr. designers on the team
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Organized, dependable and never miss a deadline
• Ability to work and brainstorm independently and collaboratively
• Strong and clean design aesthetic
• Passion for learning and staying on top of trends
• Proficient in Figma and aware of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Visual design skills and mobile experience are a big plus
