Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Senior UI/UX Designer, located in Pune. The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs, developing mockups, and ensuring user-friendly interfaces. They will also work on enhancing user experiences and collaborating closely with front-end development teams. Daily tasks will include user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing to ensure optimal user satisfaction and interface functionality.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end design process for web and mobile products.
  • Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Stay updated on design trends, accessibility standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Visual Design and Mockup skills
  • Proficiency in User Experience (UX) and User Interface Design
  • Experience in Front-End Development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a related industry is a plus

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions.
