Position Overview:

Prefab Piping Product Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Business Development to lead and expand our presence in Gujarat. The role demands expertise in PEB, Fire Fighting, Steel Fabrication, and related industries, with a strong focus on market expansion, lead generation, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in these sectors and the ability to strategically drive business growth in the Gujarat market.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Strategy Development:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to expand market share and enhance brand positioning.
  • Stay updated with industry developments in fire protection systems, steel fabrication, and PEB sectors.

Lead Generation & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategies for generating qualified leads and securing new business.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including networking, digital outreach, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive product development and market-responsive innovations.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement.
  • Handle key accounts and develop strategies to grow client portfolios.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the PEB, Fire Fighting, Steel Fabrication, Steel Pipes Manufacturing, or Fire Fighting Product Manufacturing industries.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in market research, lead generation, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to develop and implement data-driven business strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.
  • Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
