Role is in Hyderabad for one of TOP Listed SaaS IT Product Company.

Looking for someone who is based in Hyderabad and has experience as Investor Relation in a Listed Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and key financial stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of investor profiles, coverage opportunities, and market sentiment.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual investor reports, earnings presentations, and leadership briefing documents.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, analyst interactions, and participation in financial conferences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Strategy, and Communications teams for consistent financial messaging.
  • Monitor peer performance, industry trends, and capital market developments to advise senior management.
  • Manage internal reporting and performance tracking related to investor engagement.

  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and an outward-facing approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • CA and/or CFA/MBA qualification preferred.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Equity Research.
  • Prior experience in an established Investor Relations role is preferred.
