Our most successful candidates will have :

  • A Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
  • Technical sales experience required
  • Technical customer service with Sales/ Upselling experience required
  • Atleast 2 years of experience in technical sales with sales as the main KPI
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • The ability to efficiently manage team and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
  • Knowledge of metrics, their measurements, thresholds, targets and process owners
  • A proactive attitude towards developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; ability to be a team player
  • Proficient in English language
