We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Expert who can plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for both brands and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to generate high-quality, low-cost leads.
  • Develop and implement strategies for Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital channels to increase conversions.
  • Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and audience targeting for better ROI.
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
  • Monitor campaign analytics and provide insights to improve lead generation efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sales and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, and social media content to ensure brand visibility and engagement.
  • Suggest and implement innovative digital strategies to improve overall marketing performance.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research to stay updated with digital marketing best practices.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum returns on ad spend.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in digital marketing, especially in education, edtech, or consultancy sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics tools.
  • Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and generate insightful reports.
  • Excellent understanding of conversion tracking, A/B testing, and remarketing.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail in ad copy, visuals, and audience engagement.
  • Proficiency in managing marketing budgets and achieving monthly lead targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
