**Key Responsibilities**
- **Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies** that align with overall business objectives.
- **Lead and manage all aspects of social media marketing**, including content creation, community management, advertising, and influencer marketing.
- **Oversee search engine optimization (SEO)** efforts, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
- **Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns** on Google Ads, social media, and other platforms.
- **Manage and analyze website traffic** using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- **Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns** and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.**
- **Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.**
- **Collaborate with other departments** (e.g., sales, product, customer service) to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
- **Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Experience in canva, Illustrator, Photoshop
