Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven
Senior Sales Executive
to join our team, specializing in
digital printing solutions for labels and sachets
. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the packaging industry, excellent client relationship management skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in
labels and sachets
printing and packaging. - Build and maintain strong relationships with FMCG, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food & beverage clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored
digital printing solutions
. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery of projects.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Provide after-sales support to maintain long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Printing Technology, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience in
printing, packaging, or related industries
. - Strong knowledge of
digital printing technologies, packaging materials, and converting processes
. - Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into client-friendly solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients.
