Director, Sales

Full time, Hybrid, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, India

In this role , you will be responsible for leading the sales team in their effort to retain existing clients and to obtain profitable new corporate travel accounts, these can be both local and/or multinational accounts. Director Sales may have an individual sales target.

As a Director Sales, you will

  • Ensure the team members identify new business opportunities for assigned existing clients and work with respective AM on acquisition of this new business
  • Negotiate all client contract terms consistent with company approval processes and commercial policy in a timely manner
  • Conduct performance reviews for direct reports and assures performance review delivery for down line employees
  • Perform or directs personnel recruiting, hiring, training, and separation.
  • Determines pricing strategies and develops customer propositions

About you

  • Should have a Bachelor's degree
  • Extensive years of relevant work experience as a sales Director at corporate level with proven success
  • Effective communication skills, oral, written and presentation in English
  • Computer literate in business software applications
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically
