Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Lead Web Developer. The Lead Web Developer will be responsible for overseeing web development projects from conception to completion. Day-to-day tasks include back-end and front-end web development, programming, and web design. The Lead Web Developer will also be responsible for ensuring all web applications are optimized for maximum speed and scalability. Collaboration with the design team and other stakeholders to create user-friendly, visually appealing sites is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Back-End Web Development and Programming skills
  • Front-End Development and Web Design skills
  • Extensive experience in Web Development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience with SEO and CMS platforms is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
