Job Title: Video Creative Head

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and organized Video Creative Head to lead our video content initiatives. This person will be responsible for managing the entire video production cycle — from ideation to publishing. The role demands strong coordination skills to work with influencers, video editors, and the internal creative team, ensuring that every video reflects the brand's voice and engages the audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and oversee the video content strategy aligned with marketing and brand goals.
  • Create video concepts, scripts, and storyboards for campaigns.
  • Identify content trends (shorts, reels, stories, long-form, etc.) relevant to our audience.
  • Influencer Collaboration
  • Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with influencers/creators.
  • Coordinate influencer briefs, scripts, and deliverables.
  • Ensure influencer videos align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Production Management
  • Supervise the full video production process: pre-production, shoot, editing, and final output.
  • Collaborate with video editors and designers to maintain quality and creativity.
  • Approve edits, graphics, music, and voiceovers before publishing.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align video campaigns with ad creatives, app promotions, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing to optimize creatives for ROAS and user engagement.
  • Quality & Brand Control
  • Maintain consistent tone, style, and brand identity across all videos.
  • Ensure timely delivery of video assets for campaigns and launches.
  • Review and implement audience feedback for creative improvements.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track video performance metrics (views, retention, engagement, conversions).
  • Generate insights and recommend creative optimizations.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong creative storytelling and scriptwriting ability.
  • Proven experience in video content creation (agency, brand, or influencer space).
  • Hands-on knowledge of video production tools, editing workflows, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple influencers, editors, and projects simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date with latest video trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok style).

Preferred Background

  • 4–6 years of experience in video content / creative production.
  • Previous experience in influencer marketing or managing creator networks.
  • Exposure to digital-first or app-based brands (entertainment, social apps, lifestyle).

This role is both strategic and hands-on — the candidate must be creative enough to conceptualize videos and practical enough to manage editors and influencers end-to-end.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
